Or I make a true highball (Bourbon and soda on ice). It's enjoyable and mellow - the perfect thing for a slow summer afternoon. Out west it cools down pretty well. Went out on the patio last night with a bourbon and a cigar around 10 pm when I got in it was actually chilly. 4 roses small batch. Good stuff.
